The officers of the organization (Houston Missouri City Domino Club) constitute the Board of Directors.
The officer of the Houston Missouri City Domino club communicates and coordinates the activities of the organizations. The appointment of a officer is done annually, on the last Friday in November. All officers are elected by a simple majority vote The appointment to the Board of Directors will only be made official after each elected officer has been sworn in to office. The swearing ceremony is normally conducted at the next general meeting after the election of officers
